Wheel of Fortune® for Training and Education Joins JEOPARDY!® in The Training Arcade®

STAMFORD, Conn.--()--The Game Agency (TGA), a division of eLearning Brothers, is thrilled to announce the launch of the Wheel of Fortune game and the expansion of TGA’s partnership with Sony Pictures Television. Both officially licensed, Wheel of Fortune joins JEOPARDY! as the 10th customizable DIY game in The Training Arcade‘s ever-growing gallery.

“We’re so proud to have the two most prestigious brands in entertainment as flagship games in The Training Arcade,” states Richard Lowenthal, Chief Operating Officer for The Game Agency. “Over 40 million viewers a week are super fans of Wheel of Fortune and JEOPARDY! because they engage people’s hearts, as much as their minds. Our goal is to deliver this star power to our subscribers and have their employees love their training!”

Based on the overwhelmingly positive feedback from employees on the official JEOPARDY! game launched two years ago, the TGA team is excited to launch Wheel of Fortune, in its training debut.

Staying true to the brand while capturing the essence of the TV show game mechanics was paramount in developing the game. TGA worked closely with the production team at Wheel of Fortune to deliver all the fun and energy of America’s Game™ while keeping the educational needs top of mind. The company anticipates Wheel of Fortune will hit the top of the charts in the Learning and Development industry as it has in the Entertainment world. Watch highlight video.

Like the TV game show, Wheel of Fortune for training and education features three puzzle mechanics (regular, toss-up, and bonus rounds) and enables the subscriber to decide the number of rounds, time per round, and a host of other puzzle details. As with all the games in The Training Arcade, subscribers will be able to create a game in minutes with zero coding.

“Wheel of Fortune continues to be the most successful syndicated game show throughout television history and a beloved brand to all,” said Suzanne Prete, SVP, Global Licensing & Brand Management, Game Shows and Games, Sony Pictures Television.

“We are delighted to be expanding our relationship with The Game Agency by officially licensing Wheel of Fortune as a customizable DIY game. Users can look forward to all of the fun and familiarity they know and love as Wheel of Fortune joins the current success of JEOPARDY! within the Training Arcade.”
